Refund and Returns Policy

All of our services — including wellness consultations, personalized plans, ritual design, and coaching — are delivered digitally and tailored individually for each client. As these are intangible and custom services, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

We encourage clients to book mindfully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. That said, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In this case, we are happy to offer a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost. If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the session, or in the case of a no-show, the session is considered fulfilled and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refunds are only considered in the following situations:

  • A technical issue or error on our part that prevented delivery of the service.
  • Accidental duplicate booking (must be reported within 24 hours of purchase). All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled session by contacting us at info@tranquiltouch.top.

Please note that dissatisfaction with results or outcomes is not a valid reason for a refund, as our services are educational, supportive, and holistic in nature, and depend on individual participation and follow-through.
